SHIPPING & RETURNS

We want you to love your order! But if there is an issue causing you to be dissatisfied with the products you receive, Elixir will accept returns on unopened, unused full-price items within 30 days of receipt on US orders (sorry, we do not ship internationally at this time).

If you need to return an item, simply contact us at hello@elixirbeautyam.com and include: order number, reason for return, and which products you’re shipping back to us.

All refunds will be generated as quickly as possible after we receive the returned item(s) from you. Refunds will be for the full amount you paid for the product excluding the cost of shipping your order.

        Product colors & textures are depicted as accurately as possible on our website but may vary from what you experience with the actual product. 

       

        Elixir cannot be held responsible for lost packages that are sent to us as returns.

 

        In order to maintain our business for our wonderful customers, Elixir does have systems in place to track any potential abuse of our return policies.
